the room lacked air conditioning and opening the window did not improve the airflow. shelves above the bed had a noticeable layer of dust. i found this out after pulling a pair of trousers from them, it was completely covered in dust. the mattress wasnt very comfortable also.

The location was ideal. Facilities were very good. Staff were very helpful. The kitchen area allowed our group to sit and chat.
The duvet was thick. This made sleeping uncomfortable because the building was warm.

The room was clean and spacious. I loved the free coffee downstairs. there was also a shared kitchen, which i found very useful. the movie theater was a nice touch, and i appreciated the laundromat.
there was a thick winter duvet on the bed, though the building was very hot. the windows didn't open very wide, so there was minimal air circulation. i found a used mug in one of the kitchenette cupboards.

The location was near the bus stop for city tours. Many cafes and restaurants were also close by. The room included a stove and a polite staff was available and helpful.
The room lacked air conditioning and the windows opened only slightly leading to increased room temperatures.
